User`s Meeting US Oct 8th
In connection with the regional meeting for SAWE ( http://www.sawe.org/conferences/cbrc09 ) in October, a ShipWeight User Meeting will be held on Thursday Oct 8th. The meeting will take place at the Hilton Hotel: http://www1.hilton.com/en_US/hi/hotel/ORFVHHF-Hilton-Virginia-Beach-Oceanfront-Virginia/index.do

The fee is $90 for people to attend the meeting. That includes the facilities, breakfast, lunch, and snacks all day. Attendees will pay SAWE directly, at the same time that they pay for the rest of the conference. The meeting will start at 08:00 and is expected to finish at 17:00.
